Sale of new cabin refrigerators, EZ Freeze or
Dometic RGE400's
There units are sold with a 1 year manufactures
warranty, as all units are sold from our shop if there is a warranty problem the
unit must be returned to our shop for service or you can contact any warranty
center of your choice that works with the manufacture. Since you are installing
the unit, before any service is done, you must first make sure there are no
problems with the installation, example, there is an ample air supply, there is
a good gas supply with 11" WC at all times, after all effort has be made to
ensure the installation is correct the unit can be returned for repair, if for
any reason you feel you need to return the unit, it must be in the original
packing, in new condition and there will be a 15% restocking fee unless the unit
is unable to be repaired, after being returned at least twice for service at
this time we will replace the unit or refund your money.
