One problem with Dometic RV refrigerators is that with most model updates Dometic changes the outer dimensions of the refrigerator cabinet. Most new Dometic RV refrigerators will not replace their own older RV refrigerator model (more than 5 years old), without major cabinet-work. This makes buying a rebuilt RV refrigerator (with the original measurements) an added bonus. Not only will you save many hundreds of dollars off the new price but you wont have to pay for cabinet modifications.

All rebuilt RV refrigerators have an 12-month warranty from date of sale.

What will happen to my old refrigerator?

Gas refrigerators with leaking or faulty cooling units, by law, must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Cranes RV will do this for you. If you buy a replacement RV refrigerator from us or if we replace your cooling unit, there is no charge to dispose of your old unit. There is a $25 charge to dispose of all other old RV refrigerators.
