Is your propane gas refrigerator level? Yes -

Is anything blocking
your propane gas refrigerator vents? If no
continue
Are the gasket rubbers around the door/s damaged or misaligned? If yes
realign. If no continue
Is there an ammonia smell coming from inside
your propane gas refrigerator? If no continue. If yes - have
any cleaners or disinfectants been used recently (these can smell like ammonia)
If no, then refrigerant is leaking from the cooling unit
and chances are it will need replacing click here

Is there is a yellowish powder or stain on or near the refrigerator cooling unit?
If yes then refrigerant is leaking from the cooling unit
and chances are it will need replacing click here

Do you believe it is not working because it is not making any motor noise? Gas refrigerators do not
have motors and can take some time to cool. If the refrigerator does not work after running for
8 hours on 120 volts and the back of the unit is hot click
here - if no continue
If it is still not working
the refrigerator is most likely in need of factory repairs or replacing click
here
Note: always run the unit on gas and
120 volts to make sure it is not the controls. If it runs well on one and not
the other there is a good chance the controls are the problem. Also check
that the flame stays on when
on gas. If it is not the thermostat could be switching off too early.
